Baviphat Apple AC Therapy Sleeping Pack

DESCRIPTION:

Apple extracts help to prevent skin troubles and removes dead skin cells with natural fruit acids. This overnight sleeping pack softens, brightens and hydrates skin.

How to use:
Use it as a substitute for cream at night. Apply an appropriate amount to face and neck. Then gently massage and tab until thoroughly absorbed. Rinse off in the next morning.

Suitable For:  All Skin Type

WHAT I LIKE:
  • I love the smell! A-P-P-L-E!
  • I like the texture.. it's creamy but not sticky..
  • It's a sleeping pack! means you can sleep with it ;)
  • It's like a moisturizer, it quickly absorbs by the skin

WHAT I DON'T LIKE:
  • Nothing really, except that I only have a sample of it. So I don't know if it is really effective on preventing pimples. By the way, the sample is good for 1-2x use.
  • There's no BAVIPHAT here in the Philippines. Bought this online.

Innisfree White Tone Sleeping Pack

Hello! It's me again! Are you familiar with the brand Innisfree? If not, read this first. Hope this helps!

Innisfree, a popular Korean skincare brand, is well-known for its beauty products that contain botanical nutrients and essence extracted from organic plants and herbs that help to aid in healing various skin problems. In fact, most of its products are made with the essence of lavender, mint, chamomile and herbs, which is shown on its logo.

In short, Innisfree's products are more natural and uses plants in their ingredients.

Now, let's see...

Enriched with Pure berries extracts and green complex from Jeju Island, white tone up brings increased clarity and brightness to skin.

This gel-typed brightening sleeping pack, contained with pure berries extracts, brightens up your skin tone.

HOW TO USE:

During your evening skin care routine in the phase of applying cream, apply an appropriate amount evenly onto entire face avoiding the eye and lip area and gently massage for better absorption.  Leave on overnight and rinse off as you wash the next morning.

 WHAT I LIKE:
  • I love its texture, clear gel type and easily absorbed by the skin
  • the product contains natural ingredients
  • it's not greasy
  • it's not messy
  • it's glossy
WHAT I DON'T LIKE:
  • the smell ~ it's like a medicine or more of herbal. But it's tolerable. The smell fades out once you already applied it into your skin.

Product Review: Daiso Charcoal Mask

DAISO CHARCOAL MASK

Blackheads? Whiteheads? Are they giving you headaches? Worry no more! Let this noncommercial and budget-friendly product solve your problem!

I have been using this for about 5 months now. I actually discovered it through online, but when I found out that this can be bought in the market, I immediately rushed to the nearest Saizen branch because I read from some reviews that sometimes it's out of stock, so I guess that's why other beauties are hoarding this mask.. ~haha!~

I started going to derma for facial when I was about 18 years old and it is my first time to experience this uber hurtful pricking which really made me cry! But I don't why I keep on coming back whenever I see myself in the mirror with those yucky black/whiteheads stuck on my nose and whenever I pinch it, YUCK! (although it's OK, but there's still a lot more!!) also, when your pinching it with your nails/fingers, there's a tendency that your nose will get irritated/infected or worse, wounded (of course it's color red too!).

So I learned my lesson, I don't to go to facial centers anymore! I don't to pay them for hurting me! ~haha~

Glad that I have found this Charcoal based mask! :D

This mask is made of Charcoal which other commercial products also use for their nose strips.

This product is from Japan, but it states here that it's made from Korea.

This mask is included in Daiso's Charcoal Line. They also have a facial foam and a cleansing cream and I have a review of them here :D

The texts are Japanese!

Wow, their products are really sealed :)

So here is my HOW TO APPLY THIS MASK

1. Wash your face first with warm water
2. For effective results, steam your face (you can put a hot towel on your face or anything as long as your face will receive heat so that pores can easily open up)
3. Make sure your face is really dry
4. Tie your hair or clip it
5. Get an ample amount

6. Apply it first to your nose and the rest
7. Apply a second coat if the mask is already absorbed by your skin and the pores are visible.

8. Let it dry

9. Wait for 10-15 mins. for it to dry (you can use electric fan or air-con for quick drying)

All dried up! Ready to take it off.

10. Peel the mask gently.

This is the mask after peeled off.

You can notice here that a lot of facial hairs are removed!

Okay, I don't know if you notice the difference but this is my observation based from my experience:
  • Facial hairs are removed
  • Blackheads are also removed (it can't be seen in the mask because the mask is also color black)
  • Only few whiteheads are removed
  • Your face will be tightened after using the mask

Here are the reasons why this mask is not effective on you:
  • Your pores are closed (steam first you face)
  • Your application is thin (you can put the second coating before it dries up)
  • It's not already dry when you peeled it off (make sure that all parts are already dry)
  • Your nose will not be cleared in one application (like mine, when I first tried it, only a few change, but when I'm using it twice a week, I see a lot of change)
  • You're allergic to it (So please if you're skin got irritated, remove the mask as soon as possible by using water) Please consult first to your doctor if you have a sensitive skin.
USAGE: Once or twice a week

TIPS: I prefer you use this mask before going to sleep and don't wash your face anymore (because you have just waxed your facial hair)

Price: Php85

Product Review: Etude House Sleeping Facial Pack (Pore Tightening)

ETUDE HOUSE SLEEPING FACIAL PACK (PORE TIGHTENING)

Hello guys! Thank God it's Friday! because I can share this cool product from Etude ~~ This is their Sleeping Mask. Who wouldn't like to put masks on their face (mask for skin) ?? Well, definitely not me! ;p I so love putting mask on my face every week (particularly every weekend) and also before an event or special occasion :) Why? because I feel that my skin is rejuvenated and revitalized. Not only that, I also wanted to minimize my pores!

Anyway, this product is different from other masks that we have seen in the market or services that are offered in spas or salons. This mask is extremely unique because:
  • It can be used everyday while others can be used only once or twice a week
  • The mask can stay longer on your face unlike others that can only stay for 10-15 minutes.
  • There's no heavy feeling because the texture is just like a moisturizer.
  • It makes the skin smooth and non-oily complexion (based on this variant) with 10 hour energized sleep efficacy. It means that it is best to use if you are stressed or having only few hours of sleep because it will give your skin a 10 hour sleep efficacy. So it's like healing or de-stressing your skin while you sleep. Isn't it great? But it still can be used even if you have lots of rest or hours of sleep.

The packaging is really nice. Actually all products from Etude do have cute packaging.

I chose the color green which is for combination and oily skin. I do have a combination type of skin (not too oily) and I chose this one because I do have large pores. Argh~ and I want to tighten it :)

There are also other variants. There is this color pink for moisturizing and color blue for brightening (correct me if I'm wrong)

I really wanted to buy this product ever since I saw this, but since it is kinda expensive for me that time and I think that this is not that important, I never thought of buying it anymore. Good thing Etude held their first ever Grand Sale last June, I got the chance to purchase it for a lesser price :D

The texture is not that thick and when you apply it to your skin, it can be easily absorbed. While you are sleeping, you can feel like you're not wearing a mask at all! This is great when you are sleeping in an airconditioned room..hihi but not necessary;D

The effect? When I woke up in the morning, my face is not that oily anymore. But it ends there. After you have washed your face, the oil is coming out again. Good thing I'm also using Etude' Minisize U line to help my pores smaller. They work hand in hand to fight the oiliness in my face! Actually it's OK to have an oil to your face, but the ugly part is, large pores are seen :o

HOW TO USE?

1. After facial cleansing (also after your beauty ceremony>toner>emulsion>serum) apply pack to face before bedtime.
2. Leave it overnight.
3. Wash your face in the morning.

TIP: Don't forget to wash your face in the morning, it is still a mask and not a moisturizer. So you really need to rinse the mask off your face.

Use this everyday at night before going to sleep.

Regular Price: Php448, Sale Price: Php358.40
